Büro Ole Scheeren's residential Fifteen Fifteen skyscraper in Vancouver, which will have a distinctive form with numerous stacked boxy volumes, has taken a step closer to reality as apartment pre-sales begin.

Interior images of Ole Scheeren‘s first residential development in North America have been revealed ahead of apartment pre-sales this fall. named ‘Fifteen Fifteen’, the luxury high-rise will be located on Alberni Street in the Coal Harbour neighborhood of Vancouver, Canada.

Located in the city’s Coal Harbour neighborhood, the striking Fifteen Fifteen tower includes 202 condos, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, 18 Observatory Residences houses in the cantilevered sections, and four penthouses.

An Ole Scheeren-designed luxury condominium development is taking shape in Vancouver, the architect’s first North American residential building and the only one worldwide where he has designed both the interiors and exteriors.
