The Sky Lounge, a stunning double-height lounge cantilevered out toward 270-degree panoramas, is an extension of your personal living room. The exclusive residents-only space on Level 29, with monumental exposed steel trusses framing towering double-height windows, is among Fifteen Fifteen’s most spectacular moments—and, indeed, the most dramatic space in all of Vancouver.

Arriving home to Fifteen Fifteen is celebrated with a shimmering golden canopy extending out towards Alberni Street. Inside, the upper lobby opens up into an elegant space finished with Fifteen Fifteen’s signature wood-batten wall panelling, terrazzo floors, and an illuminated gold-tone water feature that brings an element of nature indoors.

Valet Parking

A lower-level Auto Lobby provides access to and from a secure residents-only Parkade. Residents with on-site parking can have their automobiles retrieved by a full-time valet at a moment’s notice. Visible from the lounge through large windowed expanses, vehicles arrive in style at the valet station—a dramatic space resembling a cutting-edge art gallery, with polished concrete floors and a toplit Barrisol-style lighting feature.

Private Wellness Centre

On Level 4, Fifteen Fifteen’s bespoke wellness centre offers an intimate, boutique-style experience much like a private gym in one’s own home, with the added conveniences of towel service and private storage lockers.

Expansive full-height windows and sliding glass doors open up the dedicated yoga studio to an outdoor terrace, where in warmer weather residents can practice yoga while enjoying a breeze among the treetops.

Space to Entertain

The private dining room and bar area can be reserved by residents to host intimate dinners or exclusive cocktail parties in Vancouver’s most spectacular entertaining space. Aluminum-framed sliding glass doors open onto an expansive balcony with dramatic views of downtown and nature.

Ambiance at Your Doorstep

A planned café in the base of Fifteen Fifteen features large windows and outdoor seating overlooking a landscaped plaza and water feature that Scheeren reimagined as an homage to a 1978 original, designed as part of the neighbouring edifice now known as 1500 West Georgia Street. The redesigned multi-level outdoor space features a tree-filled reflecting pond with misters that create a mysterious glow by night.
