2024
With the parkade complete, Fifteen Fifteen meets ground level. At this stage, the largest residential crane in North America is installed on-site, with a lifting capacity of over 35,000 pounds — a symbol of the scale and ambition behind the tower's iconic design.
2025
With the foundation secured and tower form taking shape, the first cantilevers for the Observatory Residences are raised and set into place. A monumental milestone for the city, industry and beyond.
2026
Fifteen Fifteen reaches is final height, 42-storeys above Alberni Street. With the installation of the last cantilevered Observatory Residences, the final form is realized and Ole Scheeren's vision for Vancouver’s skyline is solidified.
Beyond
Fifteen Fifteen's silhouette now stands complete against the skyline. As glass continues to enclose the tower, our attention turns inward, to the craftsmanship that will define each residence. Every material, every finish, is being considered with the same precision that shaped the building's form.
