Excavation reaches eight storeys below ground to form the parkade — the deepest excavation in Vancouver at the time.

With the parkade complete, Fifteen Fifteen meets ground level. At this stage, the largest residential crane in North America is installed on-site, with a lifting capacity of over 35,000 pounds — a symbol of the scale and ambition behind the tower's iconic design.

Fifteen Fifteen reaches is final height, 42-storeys above Alberni street. With the installation of the last cantilevered Observatory Residences, the final form is realized and Ole Scheeren's vision for Vancouver’s skyline is solidified.

With Fifteen Fifteen's form now firmly established against the skyline, construction will forge ahead as our teams continue to fine-tune the details that define the tower's architectural identity, from the sculptural cantilevers of the Observatory Residences to the building's signature materials and craftsmanship.
