Excavation reaches eight storeys below ground to form the parkade — the deepest excavation in Vancouver at the time.
2024
With the parkade complete, Fifteen Fifteen meets ground level. At this stage, the largest residential crane in North America is installed on-site, with a lifting capacity of over 35,000 pounds — a symbol of the scale and ambition behind the tower's iconic design.
2025
With the foundation secured and tower form taking shape, the first cantilevers for the Observatory Residences are raised and set into place. A monumental milestone for the city, industry and beyond.
2026 and beyond
Construction will forge ahead as the tower continues to rise in height, each level a step closer to realizing Ole Scheeren's vision for Vancouver’s skyline.
